Acceptance of Terms and Platform Usage

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and nv350 ("Platform"). nv350 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time without prior notice. Account Creation & Information Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to register only one account on the nv350 platform. During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information. Any false or inaccurate information provided at registration may result in your account being suspended or closed without notice. nv350 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time through appropriate verification processes.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs through your account is considered to have been carried out by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify nv350's support team immediately through official support channels. The platform is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to maintain their account security.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
Users of the nv350 platform are responsible for ensuring that all platform usage complies with the following rules. Violations of any of these rules may result in disciplinary action against your account.
- Prohibited: Using any automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation from nv350.
- Prohibited: Creating more than one account to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple promotions, or for any other fraudulent purpose.
- Prohibited: Sharing accounts, transferring account balances to third parties, or using another person's account without authorisation.

Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the nv350 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via payment methods approved by the platform, including local bank transfers and e-wallets listed in the platform interface. nv350 does not accept foreign currencies directly; any currency conversion is entirely the user's responsibility.
Withdrawals can only be made to the same bank account or payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by the support team. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated in the user account, subject to the required verification process.
Nv350 reserves the right to freeze or hold transactions suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates these terms. In such cases, the platform may request identity verification documents and proof of funding source before processing the transaction.

Any valid balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with the current withdrawal policy, subject to any necessary investigations.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content, logos, brand names, interface designs, and software on the nv350 platform are the exclusive property of nv350 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without written permission. The platform may contain links to third-party websites — nv350 is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
Nv350 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform.
